Necessary Skill to Have for Petites in the U.S.

At 5 foot 1 inch, I came to understand the importance of basic sewing since I moved to the United States in 2006. Besides the clothes bought in Asia, I do not own a single pair of pants or long dress that have not been hemmed or altered.

It's also fun to create custom pieces with exotic fabrics.
